Master Card Eligibility:
To be eligible for a Cadence Master Association Membership Card, you must occupy a home within Cadence as your residence and be listed as an occupant of the household. Cards are available to residents age 14 or older. Proof of residency is required at the time of application.

Cost:
Your first card is free. If your card is lost and needs to be replaced, a $26 replacement fee will apply.

Use & Responsibility:
- Cardholders must follow all Association rules when using amenities.
- Owners are responsible for your guests’ conduct when they use facilities with you.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using amenities.
- Youth card holders (ages 14–17) may not bring guests with them.
- Cards may be suspended or revoked for violations of governing documents or non-payment of assessments.
Good Standing Requirement:
All assessments, fines, and fees must be paid in full to maintain card privileges.
