Assessments
All Cadence homeowners are members of the Master Association and are responsible for paying the Master Assessment, which helps fund the upkeep of shared spaces and community programs. Assessments are due quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
2026 Master Assessment: $225 per quarter
Additional Assessments
Some homes within Cadence are subject to added assessments based on property type or neighborhood services.
Insurance Assessment (Attached/Townhouse Properties Only)
Applies to homes that share a vertical or horizontal wall with a neighbor, which do not have property insurance coverage provided by a separate sub-association.

Neighborhood-Specific Service Area Assessments
Applies to homes that the Association maintains neighborhood-specific areas at an extra cost, including front yard landscaping and/or private streets. This applies to the following neighborhoods:

Separate Sub-Associations
Neighborhoods constructed with an applicable sub-association require an additional assessment that is managed by a third-party. This applies to the following neighborhoods:

How to Pay Assessments
Below are the various options CCMC offers to pay your assessment. If you are using a bill payment service or paying by mail, make sure you include your six-digit account number to ensure the proper application of your payment. Your account number can be found printed on your mailed statement, and if you have any questions, you can contact the CCMC team at (480) 921-7500 or via email at customerservice@ccmcnet.com.
Updated Resident Portal (Single Sign -On for Electronic Payments) - Recommended
While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's new resident portal, BUURT, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!
After activating SSO, you can set up all of these payment types directly from the portal:

To make an electronic payment processed through Alliance Association Bank, please visit the CCMC payment website.
You will need the following information:
- Management Company ID: 6675
- Association ID: 458
- Property Account Number: Six-digit account number (which is found on your statement.
